Our company offers not only fittings supplies and producer's guarantee service but also post-guarantee service provided by qualified staff. The team consists of people who have a long-standing experience and recognition of the Office of Technical Inspection in the form of UTD certificate. We have specialist EFCO company equipment, which enables quick and precise acting both in the workshop and at client's. We have the possibilities to work with fittings without the need of dismantling it from a pipeline for instance. Precision, diligence, safety and confidence are the priorities at our work. We have non-sparking equipment and tools that make it possible to work in explosion (-threatened) zones Z-1 and Z-0.

1. Overhauls and renovations of fittings
• Service of new fittings (with pressure tests) before installing it on pipelines.
• Renovations of fittings without dismantling it from pipeline with the help of mobile workshop.
• Building construction works that are indispensable while renovation of fittings.
• Screwing in with manual, electric and hydraulic screwing tools up to 10.000 Nm
• Renovations of fittings in stationary workshop (complete overhauls).
• Overhauls and repairs of safety valves together with an adjustment of the opening pressure and with issuing of NDT certification.
• Renovations of ball valves without diameter restrictions together with the filling in of chrome and nickel on the ball.
2. Losses make-up of nickel, chrome, copper, cobalt, nickelcobalt and nickelwolfram
• Spherical ball valve surfaces
• Cylindrical shaft surfaces (printing devices)
• Hydraulic and pneumatic servomotor surfaces (building/ construction machines and devices, industrial devices)
3. Making of micro joints
• Filling of the carting losses in internal combustion engine head and body.
• Removal of fractures in combustion heads and bodies.
• Filling of carting losses in different components.
• Filling of the losses in carting moulds.

Our company is the only one in Poland that is authorized to assemble the Glassfiber Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) pipes manufactured by Ameron© company. Our employees posses the suitable certificate issued by the producer's Dutch department as well as the specialist equipment essential when conducting such works.
